We’re Cathy and Ian — partners in life, love, and now in lavender.

After decades in high-pressure careers, we chose to trade deadlines and factory floors for fresh air, purpose, and peace. Cathy spent 20 years as a Design Studio Director for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, helping families design their dream homes. Ian worked for 30 years as an Engineer, IT and Maintenance Supervisor, keeping complex systems running in fast-paced industrial environments.

Over time, we both felt the pull to slow down, breathe deeper, and build something more intentional. Something that nourishes the soul.

So, we left our careers behind and planted the first seeds — literally — of a dream. That dream became Lavender & Lore Farms, a place where the hum of bees, the scent of lavender, and the laughter of guests fill the air. A place to reconnect with nature, with story, and with each other.
