- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Custom or made-to-order items (like personalized gifts) are **non-refundable**.

**To start a return:**

**Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

**Refunds:**
